We completely overhauled this retail space into a state-of-the-art restaurant by completely remodeling the interior. From the sheetrock and tile to the HVAC and plumbing, we were able to exceed the requirements that this Franchisee’s corporate office set without compromising the Franchisee’s bottom line.
ANOKA ERBERTS AND GERBERTS COMPLETE RENOVATION
Previously a Bronco’s restaurant, this project started with a full gut of the space. Nothing was left but the exterior shell. After building up every detail from the bathroom tiling to the acoustic ceiling, this franchise has lunch traffic from every corner of Anoka
NORTH MINNEAPOLIS BOILER REVITALIZATION
This project created tons of space in Seth’s 2000 sqft home. We removed his old furnace, boiler, and water heater and installed a combi boiler which handled all operations. Now he is able to control the temperature of his water and home from the same device. Check out the before and after photos to the left
ST. PAUL CHIMNEY REPAIR
Homeowner started work on tearing down their old falling apart chimney, and decided he needed a hand. We were there to finish up the tear down, and build it back up for them. Because of Three Rivers Mechanical they were able to sell their home free of any dilapidated features
SOUTH MINNEAPOLIS BOILER REPLACED
This Bosch boiler was a breeze to install, and at 80,000 BTU this natural gas machine was easily able to warm this 2400 sqft home. One day project and our customer couldn’t have been happier
CHAMPLIN MINI-SPLIT ADDITION
Customer had just remodeled their basement to allow another livable space. They needed some extra cooling, so this simple system took care of all their needs. Including punching a fist sized hole through concrete block wall (CMU)
APPLE VALLEY REMODEL
This old home needed a large update in its bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was fully replaced in these rooms, along with a much needed upgrade to its HVAC system
